Most of our products are handmade items (no mass production to ensure your uniqueness.) All sales are FINAL. No return or refund is available, but our handmade items come with free repairs (no labor charge) for six months after the purchase date. It's your responsibility for the repairs' shipping cost and stone replacement expenses.

For individual essential oil products (not a gift set), We accept unused and unopened items purchased within 30 days for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us. Refund process within seven days after we receive the product.
